I had one consultation, after that they checked to see if my insurance would pay for my right side gynecomastia, and Dr. Mazzaferro took care of me and on 12/23/2025, i had my suregery all went well thank you for the team of experience doctors and surgeons.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Tyler comes off unwilling to help, communicate, or ensure patient/potential patient satisfaction. Could not be bothered to assist or have the office manager contact me so I can verbal discuss the feedback that was given to me. The back and forth process is confusing, and they offer zero options of help. Tyler will leave you in limbo trying to figure everything out.

When I originally made an appointment for FTM top surgery, I was told the doctor I wanted (Dr. Jonathan Keith) was in-network with my insurance. I later got a call out of the blue saying he in fact did NOT take my insurance, and that I had to switch doctors. That's already irritating enough, as most people pick specific surgeons for this sort of thing, so this felt like a major bait-and-switch. BEST DOCTORS EVERRRRRRRRR! I’ve been with them since having breast cancer in 2018 and they have not changed one bit; still the same kind, caring beautiful people they’ve been since day one. They’ve not only helped me through breast cancer and reconstruction, but repaired some damage to my face from a car accident in 2008 that I was unable to complete at the time. They take GREAT CARE OF ME, and I’ll never go anywhere else! They’re inline with my own business theme of @PamperedTherapy I love it here.
