Left a review 4 years ago after living here for a year, going to give an updated review now. I'm in a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment that is smaller but a perfect size for me and my dog. Here are my updated pros and cons of East Cliff Apartments, in my opinion: PROS: -Location! If you're looking to be close to downtown SLC and be within walking or biking distance to shops and restaurants, then this is a great place. Overpriced, they gouge you with ridiculous fees like $70.00 per month as "google fiber income" even though i have to pay for the actual internet from google fiber seperately. Apartment building is old and rarely maintained, walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors making noise pretty frequently, homelessness around the area.

just avoid it. Terrible, ancient building that is way overpriced.
