Literally could not get in contact with this office for over 2 weeks, no one answers their phones. We are 2 hours away in another state just trying to confirm that they’ve reviewed the documents for a birth certificate to be sent in the mail. This stuff is ridiculous. So now we’re driving two hours all the way up there to go and speak to somebody and get this birth certificate purchased. You all better have good reason for this when we get there!

Went to get my birth certificate. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The building was clean and the temperature inside was comfortable. Not too cold, not too warm. Awesome first impression.

The staff was incredibly helpful, efficient, and genuinely caring. My mom has lived in Texas for 62 years but was born in Indiana, and we urgently needed her birth certificate. Another site told us it would take 45 days, which was very stressful. When I called Vital Records, my call was answered immediately - no phone tree, no transfers. They clearly explained the correct process, and after ordering through VitalCheck, the record was printed and shipped the same day. Horrible Rose. She was no help and hung up the phone when I made a request for my father's birth certificate and marriage certificate. I called right back but she did not pick up the phone or responded to my voicemail after 3 business days. Horrible experience, wish there were more helpful people here.

I called the office for information about getting a copy of my birth certificate. The lady that answered the phone was the most helpful and sweetest person ever. If everyone could be this helpful at work like this, we would get so much done. And everyone would have a great day and time doing it!
