Excellent service! Thanks to friendly customer service staff via phone such as Rose for going over and above in walking me through necessary fax info and coordinating with Jasmine to ensure timely delivery.
So I was in a crunch, it was a Wednesday and I needed my birth certificate to get my DL and my appt was the following Monday. I went online ordered my birth certificate, printed on the form and faxed it on Thursday and for a small fee, I had my Birth certificate in hand on Friday. The lady I spoke to over the phone when the fax wouldn't go through wqs very helpful, fixed the issue and got me what I needed quick. Very impressed. Thank you!
