The staff was incredibly helpful, efficient, and genuinely caring. My mom has lived in Texas for 62 years but was born in Indiana, and we urgently needed her birth certificate. Another site told us it would take 45 days, which was very stressful. When I called Vital Records, my call was answered immediately - no phone tree, no transfers. Horrible Rose. She was no help and hung up the phone when I made a request for my father's birth certificate and marriage certificate. I called right back but she did not pick up the phone or responded to my voicemail after 3 business days. Horrible experience, wish there were more helpful people here.
I called the office for information about getting a copy of my birth certificate. The lady that answered the phone was the most helpful and sweetest person ever. If everyone could be this helpful at work like this, we would get so much done. And everyone would have a great day and time doing it!
