I have more power outages during bright sunny days then I do during thunderstorms. Horrible customer service and horrible at maintaining their power lines. The trees are so over grown on my road and they never come out and trim. There supposed to do it ever five years, but the don't and even every five years is not enough for this rural that really needs trees removed because it's because so over grown. They need to a better job at maintenance.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is difficult, rude, requiring a blood sample & dna test to turn on electric. Then they will turn it off & not allow you to turn it back on when paid. Evil company, evil people.
Outstanding service. Power went out with a storm last night called it in at 7:30 and they were out by 8:15 getting it turned back on the two guys were excellent thank you
They were a great company for internet but they over charge for connections. They are trying to charge almost $500 to connect Internet to my camper that is less than 50 ft from rd, but the neighbor house didn't get charged but standard fee and they set farther back. Feel they are ripping me off because I'm the I live in a camper, their excuse is they lose money if I move out of my lot.
