Pretty useless customer service. Just trying to get my internet working again and had to stay on hold till eventually I’m told “the billing office isn’t answering call back later”. Plus constant power outages using this company for electric is so frustrating. Luckily for them they hold all the cards since they’re the only ones who will provide electric and internet in the area. Getting new service hooked up is a total nightmare! Power companies have an obvious monopoly in their area that they exploit.
I have found ECEC committed to providing timely, quality services through informed communication streams. Their customer service and service providers are informative and instructive. I appreciate and value a company that is dedicated to community and the people they serve! Keep up the good work!
Have had service trough east central for over 6 years have had no trouble with them always on top of a outage if we have one
