If I could give a 1/2 or even 0 stars I would for this company. If you are building or buying in an area serviced by East Central Electric I would definitely think twice about my purchase. During the summer we had major issues all through our neighborhood. They could not supply us with enough power and a results of this everyday for about a month our electric would shut off and on from 15:30-18:00. Then about 3 weeks ago we dropped a Leg to our house.
