I have literally wasted a month in half calling these people for help with rental assistance. Even though the staff speak very clear and professional. They don't seem to prioritize people that are in desperate need of assistance.
I'm having trouble right now am about to be homless I tried to call and wverytime I fo they either don't answer or they say they don't have funds at the moment. Don't come here for help they obviously don't care.
This place is a good place but they need do walk up first before people who is driving there car because they are sat in there car we are waiting standing up in a hot heat.
