Wish I could give this place a 0. Absolutely horrible customer service. I call once to set up an account since I was new to the area and typically worked with excel energy. I also work normal business hours and would not be able to call while they were open so I was taking advantage of being able to call during business hours. She tells me that I can't set up service early because anything can happen and that its never for sure that I moving.
