Thought I would give my business to a local shop to fix my fuel injector pump on my skid steer, what a BIG mistake. I was first quoted $175 to have it done and 2 weeks it would be finished. 7 weeks later with 6 different phone calls made. We were told multiple stories that didn’t make sense. Absolutely the worst experience and the only one that I have experienced of this magnitude in my 68 years. My truck went in for a delete kit and after waiting 40 plus days, NO status update, poor customer service and an attitude that I did not have a need to know what delete kit I was purchasing. I’ve taken my truck to a different shop and lost approximately $3,000.00 at this shop just to spend an additional $2,000.00 to get it fixed. They do not have the proper knowledge to do a delete kit on a lawn mower let alone a truck.... read more
