Extremely rude customer service, could care less about the guests playing their games. Had a machine that was broken and they could care less
Staying at the comfort suites and playing some of the games one of my tickets cashed out and the second one for $69 I scanned it and it came up error code so I scanned it again and then it said redeemed so I called because they said they had problems with machines well then they should shut them down and I'm out my $69 unless they come here and give me my money I got my ticket and I got a picture of it and there was somebody there who witnessed it and they have cameras so they should probably get their crap together or take ... read more
