Very highly upset with this school! Been over a year I have been waiting on getting my partials! First dentist said I needed two crowns on wobbly teeth! So they were processing them! Then he left second dentist said that I should have never gotten crowns! They reimbursed me for one crown , would not the other, saying they been waiting for reimbursement for other one! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Front desk staff is RUDE!
My son just called me and he was trying to inquire about prices and so forth and it’s understandable that every situation is different but it’s not even that it’s the attitude. If you’re not a morning person take your behind to Amazon and work the overnight shift. So whomever the receptionist is this morning I’m talking to you!
Best treatment I’ve ever had as a new patient! All the latest equipment, friendly students and attending staff. My dentist really took her time and gave me personal attention.
