I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional. Kept changing the day and time that they would be coming. The first time they didn't show up or call to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it. When they were done with the repairs, one of the team members told me that for that job it ran $100.00 for the first hour. I received a bill two weeks later for $250.00. The most promp and enjoyable experience! I had previously gone to another local pool company. After giving them my $2,500.00 deposit it turned into a nightmare! I then found Havelock Pool. Cindy is always a pleasure to do business with. She is at the location by Food Lion in James City. I explained my horrific experience with the other Pool Company and she guaranteed that the work would be done in a timely matter and done to my satisfaction.
