Came here with my husband to drive him after his procedure. Was greeted by Ms. Phillips at the window. She asked “who is your driver?” As we were standing at the window. I called this morning to make an appointment and was told their office requires referrals. I pay an extremely high amount every month to Aetna to not require referrals due to the fact a primary does absolutely nothing and charges you $50. So because your doctors don't want to do the leg work to find a little medical history they require another doctor to do that.
