I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I was scheduled and seen in a timely manner, the front desk and back office staff was very polite, helpful and professional. NP Kimberly was super engaging, knowledgeable and empathetic. On the day of my procedure the medical team was outstanding! I was miserably sick during my prep and they made me as comfortable as they could and the procedure itself was like nothing happened except an amazing nap! If I could leave zero stars i would please please don't waste your time here. Even if you have to drive hours out of your way it will still save you time and headaches in the end. This place is absolutely horrible and I have never in my life met more incompetent and unintelligent people. They referred me to get an ultrasound of my spleen and apparently they don't know that your spleen isn't in the left quadrant of your body and wasted my time by sending the referral incorrectly. I never even made an appointment with them. I have worked in Healthcare Admin since 2001, and not once in all these years have I had to speak with such rude office staff. Their attitudes are about as good as a teenager that works fast-food 5 minutes before closing. I saw on Google reviews that patients stated the office staff was horrible, but the doctor was good.
