Staff extremely helpful! Great experience and highly recommend this carpet store!
We had our second floor recarpeted today and I couldn’t be happier. I’m still shocked the entire second floor was finished in a day. The gentleman that came to do the work were incredibly polite and helpful. They were extremely accommodating as I wanted furniture from one room put in another room after the carpet was installed. The carpet is absolutely beautiful, seamless, and exquisitely installed. We had a good experience with installation, but terrible customer service for follow up concern. Called 2 times and was told that they would return when they were "in the neighborhood". Saw them in our neighborhood recently, but they never bothered to address our concern regarding installation follow up. We are tired of calling and very disappointed.
