The nurses and health assistant who helped to dressed my daughter’s wound were amazing. One star because of the reception area giving hope that we will be seen soon. We arrived at 7:30pm and was only seen by the doctor at 10:30pm. Few people came after us but seen earlier. I can understand if those people are critical but those patients which I believe were just same as my daughter’s condition. This urgent care needs to improve the triage and how the reception team gives information to the patients. We were very disappointed... read more
total nonsence ... far to slow for cost next time will be going to middlemore for a long wait ... at least its free
