Had issues with my gate code, texted the contact number and received a phone call back within the hour to help me and resolved my problem fast. He was extremely nice on the phone as well, great customer service, glad I rented here

The unit is exactly what I wanted when I rented it from M&L before the acquisition by East Canton Storage. However there was a lot of mix ups and when I went to update my payment info after the acquisition it showed me on file for 2 additional units that weren't mine. I was heated but I called and Alnie was very understanding and took care of correcting everything for me so I wasnt being charged for someone else's units. I was told on March 1st when I found out the amount was raised for the storage unit by 15$ that I was taken off of auto pay because I said I would have it emptied by the end of March which was the 31st . Sent in a picture of vacant 205 on March 29th and guess what on 3/31 money was take out of my account. Bad bad business after almost 2 years of never missing a payment
