After my third session at puppy pre-school I am grateful to be noticing how the puppies are growing in awareness of each other. I am deeply disappointed by the standard of puppy preschool delivered. Within the first ten minutes, it became apparent that there was minimal understanding of canine behaviour and developmental psychology. Instead of receiving evidence-based guidance on raising a well-adjusted puppy, we were given a basic slideshow on vaccination and deworming schedules, along with promotional material for Royal Canin and the hospital. One star review. I would give zero if I could after last night's interaction with the on-call vet doctor. Dismissive, no compassion, rude, presumptuous, didn't listen. What a real shame. I have been a customer and bringing my pets to you for the last couple of years. I am now changing to Vet Cross as they were so much better when speaking to them and voicing my concerns. Thank you to the good staff here at East but you have some staff making it bad for your business.
