Don't go here if you have chronic condition(s) and want to be treated with empathy, dignity, and respect. After attending this clinic for many years, and trying many of the GPs, I really cannot get the care I need here. If your healthcare needs are complex, you'll get put in the 'too hard basket' here. The last straw for me was getting told a chronic, complex condition was 'in my head', and that, I should just quit education/employment rather than the GP provide sufficient care. I’ve been attending this clinic for ages, and find all the GPs here very knowledgeable, and thorough. Both Dr. Raymond Wen and Dr. Natalie McKenzie in particular deserve to be commended for their diligence, patience, and incredible personal skills. They have made me feel so comfortable, and supported. The reception staff have also been amazing - always polite, and helpful when it comes to rescheduling, following up paperwork, or fitting me in if I call with an urgent need. Health is in great hands here - thank you team!

The doctors at this clinic are excellent and have always provided great care — unfortunately, the same can't be said for the reception staff. We’ve experienced multiple issues with billing, including not being charged correctly on the day of treatment, only to receive phone calls afterwards demanding payment. On Tuesday 3/6, my daughter had an appointment. Decent doctors but consistently terrible wait times - an appointment starting 30 minutes late is punctual here. They have started charging for credit and debit transactions without accepting cash transactions or AMEX.
