I had a scheduled appointment, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes without seeing the doctor. No one offered an explanation or apology. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not respected? This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you can’t keep to the schedule, don’t offer specific time slots. Please improve time management and show more respect for patients’ time.

Used as a walk in with my daughter. It was a bit of a wait to see the doctor (~90 mins) but it was the end of the day and we were told it would be a wait as there were 4 people ahead of us. We will definitely use the clinic again. Great doc and pharmacist.
The staff and medical team here are all highly professional. I am especially thankful to Dr. Raheem for his tremendous support.
