Friendliest and cleanest crossfit box I have ever seen! Everyone is really welcoming and the coaching is concise and helpful. I learn something every time I come here and wish I had a place like this where I live, will definitely be coming by any time I am in town!
This is the place to come and learn CrossFit. The coaches are awesome. I joined in December. I lost 40 lbs since joining. However, it is not what I lost it is what I gained. The community is amazing and continue to push you and help you grow. I have learned a lot about my self and my limits. I am the strongest I have ever been physically and mentally. If you are looking for more than just a place to sling some iron, check this place out.
