"I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. The owner seems to lack integrity, often manipulating customers and avoiding responsibility for issues. The repair work was extremely careless, using poor-quality parts that made my car worse instead of better. They also tried to scam me into replacing additional components that didn’t need fixing.
