We’ve been with East Bay for years but I’m very disappointed with them. I’ve been trying to renew a prescription for my fur baby that has helped tremendously with her arthritis. Now due to waiting over a week and a few calls still no return call back about the meds. I can see my Coco in pain. It’s a shame the front desk can’t handle the calls, but if they needed my CC info they’d be right on the phone. Very disappointed .

I brought my Carly to them since she was a puppy. She had allergies. I was there all the time. One day she had crust in her ears so off we went. Saw Dr. Maltese she took care of her ear infection then said she was due for an allergy shot… So since we were there I said fine. She gave Carly shot I paid and we went home. DR.Selmonsky will do every test under the sun for a buck. The hospital is one of the worst on long island and I was so over charged.
I was just there for my puppy's spay..Dr.Selmonsky is very nice along with his staff,they are warm and helpful will be going back!
