If there was a negative score, I would award it here!! The office staff is nasty and condescending. I don’t understand why they have to be such a******s!! I hate it here and the land rent is outrageous for what is offered… they mow the weed beds they call a lawn and pick up household garbage only… any other yard waste or whatever is YOUR problem. I will be OUT ASAP!!!!

I just moved out of the park recently. The office staff is extremely rude and does NOT care. The lawn crew speaks little English and acts like the DON'T understand what you're saying. The street I lived on had EXTREMELY nosy neighbors. Certain neighbors will befriend you and then turn their back on you as soon as you have a visitor and "tattle-tale" on you IMMEDIATELY. They run to the office over EVERY LITTLE THING YOU DO! I WOULD NEVER LIVE IN THIS PARK AGAIN!
I think the home next to us should have been demolished over 3 years ago. It has rats running around. In terrible shape. Instead the park sold it last year for $100. The couple got evicted after 6-7 mo. Now they have it back on the market for $100. again! The place should be condemned and torn down! We just don't understand the parks logic on this. So far I have found the park to be clean and quiet. I have met several very nice people here. Everyone is very friendly. The pool is well maintained. My only complaint is that the lawn service is not done often enough and when it is done,they do not rake up or blow off the grass debris.
