Dr. Wong is the best nephrologist I have seen of three. He explains the physiology of kidney function in detail, the system and how its parts work together, and has treated floods of patients in the same predicament, so he can tell you what normally happens and could happen. The doctor can crank out the math too, which impressed me. He takes detailed notes used for reference years in the future. And yet he is a big humble man. Thumbs up to this expert of experts.
I’ve been waiting over a week for an X-ray referral despite calling daily due to pain. On Monday, I spoke with a new Dr., only to learn my original doctor had left without any notice. The office showed no urgency in addressing my concerns. The manager was dismissive, rude, and offered no apology. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication have completely diminished my trust in this practice. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
