I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience. I went in for a full set and pedicure, but the service was rushed and unprofessional. The technician barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. My nails were uneven, and the polish started chipping the next day. The salon didn’t feel clean, and the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized. I won’t be coming back. Disappointed.
I am so impressed with the pedicure I received. It is my 2nd pedicure, and I am sold on the dry pedicure technique!
I have been going to Kayleigh for years and have loved my nails every single time! Kayleigh is meticulous, clean, and incredibly detail-oriented. Even after moving out of Bristol, I still make the trip to see her because her work is unmatched. Highly recommend both Kayleigh and Jocelyn for their exceptional service!
