THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECIEVED. NOT ONLY DID THE LIE ABOUT THE SERVICE. WHAT THEY DID PROVIDE WAS SUBSTANDARD. I WAS CALLLED 45 MIN BEFORE TIME TO ARRIVE AND TOLD STUCK IN TRAFFIC WILL BE 45 MIN LATE. ONE HOUR LATER I WAS CALLED AND TOLD STILL STUCK IN TRAFFIC WILL BE AN HOUR LATE ASKED WHERE WERE THEY AND FOUND OUT 2 HRS. AWAY. WE DROVE 12 JUNIORS TO THEIR PROM 40 MILES AWAY IN 3 CARS.
