The individual responsible for providing estimates simply does not respond to phone messages, emails or texts. I have spoken with numerous other employees who promise to pass along my request to the person responsible for providing estimates. Again, to no avail. I paid in full for work that was not completed to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was out of town when they spread the sand and I paid before returning.
