They don't answer the damn phone. I was given a referral to this place for physical therapy. When I failed to reach their office after a HALF dozen attempts (plus two voicemails) to set up an appointment, I decided I'd go somewhere else because I don't want to deal with a place that'd impossible to reach in the future. Only problem was I still needed this place to transfer the referral, and THEY STILL DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Leaving them a 1-star for this horrible experience until I actually get SOME kind of service.

I went to see Mike Marsh for Occupational Therapy after breaking my humerus, needing surgery (plate and pins), resulting in loss of mobility/flexibility and strength. Mike was fantastic. Patient, communicative, and knowledgable. I'm very glad I found this clinic, and worked with Mike and his staff during my recovery. I'd highly recommend this clinic for Occupational Therapy.

Therapist really know what they are doing since all they do is hand therapy. They alisten and respond to specific needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everybody is extremely friendly here. I have been at therapy for over 3 months now after a distal radius fracture. Best therapists around, honestly. They make sure to get the job done. I kind of had lost hope of regaining full range of motion after getting hardware in my arm, but these guys are so good at what they do and reassured me consistently. Dr Stein was immensely helpful in my situation even after my health insurance was having issues, he continued to help me through it and I am forever grateful for that.
