Truly never experienced such terrible service in my 34 years of life. What was supposed to be a fun mom’s day out for me and my girlfriends turned into what can only be explained as a real life nightmare. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Warning!!! Do not go here!!!! I don’t usually complain but I left so upset I wanted to cry…. I booked three treatments for myself and my two girlfriends and we all had a horrible experience. They told us that two sinks were broken and there was no hot water. Foot reflexology was painful, there was no massaging involved but rather just rubbing in the same spot over and over again. I had to pull my leg away multiple times and told her to slow down. Worse head spa I have ever experienced, I booked a combo 2, they booked me for 630 came in after my first treatment and told me they were closing but someone would stay for me and made me pay before my 2 other services were even started. Head spa treatment was only a hair wash with costco shampoo. Began to dry my hair while I was laying down which causes knots at my roots.
