Terrible experience!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Went elsewhere and the experience was completely different.
From the first phone call I made to East Bay Fertility, to walking out the door after our first appointment; our experience has been nothing short of amazing! I spent 45 mins on the phone explaining everything to their Fertility Coordinator, she was so patient and sweet, never once did I feel rushed or like she was bothered with my questions!! SO FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT!
Only good things to say! Very fast and efficient appointments.
Today was only our first visit but if the experience continues anything like today I will be pleased. I am 41 diagnosed with endo at 25 and I cannot tell you how good it felt to finally speak to a Dr. that not was educated on, but had excellent recommendations for my endo. They also started us right away with a list of things we needed to get done. We’ve been to 2 other clinics and literally were given nothing and just waited weeks for even a call or direction.
