I have been an established patient of a physician now at this practice for over 10 years. My physician is currently on sabbatical. When I recently called to schedule an appointment for a semi-urgent illness, I was initially given an appointment - only to have it cancelled solely because I have not yet been seen at this location. This place is a joke. Had to deal with these people for 5 years because of the shortage of providers in r.i., but finally got our kids out recently. There is not enough time or space to list all of the examples of instances where they were unprofessional, jerks.
The receptionists are the absolute worst!!!!!!! If it wasn’t for my doctor I would leave .They confirm appointments a you miss work to show up on time to be told your appointment was cancelled.Constantly .Ive had enough.
I have had a great experience here. Dr. Violette and Nurse Connor and everyone at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I am never made to wait overlong, even on days when I can tell the clinic is overbooked. Recommend.
