Great place I've been coming here for many years . When your doctor isn't in another one is available they take you right away thanks for your service.
Poorly staffed. Constant change of providers. Poor turn around time. Im tired of being constantly let down by the lack of care at this place. Avoid at all cost!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I never ever leave reviews but I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with this place. I have three children and myself being seen. For the past few months me and my kids have got something going on and not one doctor will dig into what it is but will prescribe whatever just to get us out the door. They do not care here. And to the secretary I spoke to on the phone today - hung up on me because she took my advocacy too personally. I am not aggressive just a mom frustrated and looking for answers. I exp... read more
When you call and ask for your doctor or a nurse they tell you they have 24 to 48 hours to call you back and no one calls back, the front desk will tell you they will mark your call back priority and again the call back doesn't happen, I've gotten to the point that I'm probably going to find a new doctor
I’m not sure why this place has any bad ratings I truly can’t express how great they are? From the intake process of being a new patient, to the helpful folks on the phone, all the medical assistants, and my pcp everyone is THOROUGH, kind, helpful, truly cares and amazing at following up with me. Erin Pierce is the best dr I’ve ever had and the only person in over 30 years whos really been able to help me figure out mystery and serious illness and taken me seriously and was even more helpful in explaining a cancer diagnosis ... read more
