First time visit was worst experience. People at front desk and nurse who barely assisted were rude. Did not even guide before the procedure and people expected us to do it on our own. No sign boards to direct to clinic, it literally took few mins to analyze the enterance and to find the clinic.
Called to cancel appointment three times nobody answers left voicemails I show up on day of appointment to not get charged cancellation fee & they tell me in person it’s canceled and can’t help me unprofessional didn’t reach out to me to let me know it was canceled so I don’t have to make a trip miss work for a cancelled appointment didn’t even answer the phone to confirm the appointment was still good
I always receive great service from Tiffany at Easter Bay Dermatology. Personal, Professional and caring. I highly recommend her and all the staff for your. dermatology needs.
