11 min skin check, charged me office visit, but didn’t take care of my wart, check in attitude is kinda rude
I made an appt with this clinic because they told me they were in-network with my insurance. They advised me to call 3 days before so that they could run an eligibility check and when I called 3 days before, they confirmed in-network status. Thus, I kept my appt. After my appt, I get hit with a full-cost bill stating my insurance was out-of-network. The quality of care has gone down exponentially. I was unable to get a re-fill of a prescription that I'd been taking for nearly 2 years. They used to offer Zoom appointments, but that's no longer the case. Extremely unhelpful and it takes ages to get someone on the phone.
My Dr referred me to this office. They called me to make an appt. I drove over an hour to get to the appt only to be told they didn’t have an authorization #. Why did they call me to set an appointment without ensuring they had all the information needed to proceed with the appt?? I took the morning off work and drove over an hour for nothing. What a waste of my time.
I have been here for over 6 times now. I love the medical care I received and on top of that the stuff is friendly and helpful as well.
