I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They need proper training on how to communicate with and treat patients respectfully. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and made the experience very unpleasant. If they believe they are overqualified for a front desk position, they should find a job that better matches their attitude. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. If there is no improvement, I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities, including the City of Fremont.
Service is always quick and pleasant staff the Dr's are pleasant and information is great
The receptionist at the front desk needs an attitude check. They had a check-in process online which I took the time to complete ahead of my appointment. But when I get there the receptionists hands me the same exact paperwork to fill out. I tried to tell here that I already filled out this information online and she very rudely says "No you didn't".
