I would to relay my disappointment and aggravation in not being told up front that I would not be getting a dental cleaning during my first visit. This is the first time in my adulthood (>30 yrs), in several cities and states, that a dental appt does not result in a cleaning. I took off work for this appt and now have to return to get the service I requested. I recommend that the office staff inform new patients that they will not be receiving a cleaning on their first visit, or offer them a long enough appt to accommodate b... read more
