Bill for 1 month is $456 smh! Hard pass! Will be opting out tomorrow! Never in my life have I had a $456 energy bill smh!
I’m having serious issues with a company called AVA. I’ve never signed up for anything with them, but they’ve put me in collections for an amount I don’t recognize. When I call, they refuse to provide any statement or balance and treat customers poorly. Their collection agency is also very rude. I need the company to remove me from any type of collections.

This company is a scam. I moved out of Berkeley to Ohio in 2023 April. I paid all my dues and thought everything is over. By Aug 2025, i received a text message from a debt collector saying that I owe $167 to some unknow company called Ava. I was shocked and called the debt collector and they said this shady company is part of pge. I called Pge and asked about this bill.
