Elizabeth is a fantastic therapist. Kind, empathetic and direct. She can identify unhealthy thinking quickly and offer ways to see situations differently for patients to work on outside of appointments.
I am a therapist myself and would highly recommend this practice. They bring together two theories I find very effective in treating anxiety, CBT and Mindfulness. It is hard to find therapist who are trained in both modalities. The diverse staff makes it easier to find the right therapist to help anyone suffering from Anxiety.
