I think Dr Marciani is the gold standard because how many decades has it been since I encountered a hyper intelligent ,candid, fully human doctor vs some up right shirt sighted narrow minded narcissistic control monger. He is different but in a way that leaves you grateful you encountered a real person and not a clock work orange . Also,clearly competent and nit needing g to reassert it

My brother has called his doctor several times leaving messages about getting his medication refilled and has never received a call back, very frustrating and scary hoping he won’t have any medical emergencies due to the lack of care or response from this medical office

My experience here was overwhelming there’s too much going on all at once. The waiting time is ridiculous my appointment was at 3 and I got seen at 4:40 although tbe dr is nice , the forth time I came a lady. Not in scrubs assuming manager was being very rude talking about getting paid by insurance it sounds like getting paid is more important than patient care I prefer Kaiser more organized and professional bye.

After being called an hour pass my appointment time the doctor asked me a few questions. The last question was, what kind of insurance do you have. I told him. His reply was. OK, then we will make you another appointment. It is sad when doctors first priority is over changing your insurance vs patient care.

I was recently discharged from a Post Acute nursing facility where I had been since the end of January. During which time I unfortunately fractured my hip 5 months ago, and then again unfortunately I broke my pelvis 2 months ago. The facility Doctors prescribed me pain medication to control the pain, but when I was subsequently was able to come home I reached out to LeeMay, which took 6 days including a weekend of leaving messages someone actually answered the phone.
