Not sure what changed here. Always been a great car wash. Yesterday’s 12.00 drive thru wash was amazing!!! Shining like I have a brand new car!!! I appreciate the upkeep they do at this car wash

We went to this car wash to wash our car and the automatic one was not working. When we went up to the kiosk it indicated it was working so we put the six dollars in. It would not accept the other two and so I said forget it we’ll just cancel and pushed the cancel button. It never gave the money back and then it said it was out of service so we decided to go to the do it yourself bay and that machine did not work at all so I guess we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Worst self serve car wash I've ever used. Foaming brush was much too thick, dried up faster than I could rinse it off. High pressure rinse was putting what I'm guessing was wax. The low pressure spot free barely came out and even stopped a few times. Tape over one of the choices....wax maybe? I've already rambled too much. No, I'm not gonna call "to make this right" I'm here from out of town. Here every year. Will never come back to this car wash.
