Worst self serve car wash I've ever used. Foaming brush was much too thick, dried up faster than I could rinse it off. High pressure rinse was putting what I'm guessing was wax. The low pressure spot free barely came out and even stopped a few times. Tape over one of the choices....wax maybe? I've already rambled too much. No, I'm not gonna call "to make this right" I'm here from out of town. Here every year. Will never come back to this car wash.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The wash did not clean my car at all. When I called to discuss the issue and request a refund, the owner told me it was my fault and that I should have known a touchless car wash wouldn’t fully clean my vehicle. He said it was “common sense,” which is hard to believe considering he apparently receives enough complaints about the same issue to mention it. Didn't even look like I got it washed. The touch less wash was terrible
