When our Honda lost its door handle East Bay Auto fixed us up! David, Melissa and Riley were so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable while we waited.
At a larger tire store, I was told that I would need to replace my tire, and since I drive AWD, that meant replacing all four tires. I got a second opinion at East Bay and they were able to safely repair my single tire, saving me over $1400. Not only that, but they did it same day and explained the process to make sure I felt completely comfortable with the repair. Fantastic place! These guys take great care of your vehicle in a timely manner. Even when Mrs. Johnson called in and was being very loud, rude, and obnoxious to one of the guys who worked there, he handled the situation amazingly well and never lost his temper, or raised his voice, nor did he speak out of line to here, and I'm telling you she couldn't have been anymore rude than she was when she called in.
