I am a new patient, second visit. Dr. Chin is welcoming and made me feel like an old friend. Like most people I absolutely fear any dental procedure, but Dr. Chin has put me entirely to ease. My new hygienist, Sabrine, was gentle and painless.

As someone who has had terrible experiences with some dentists in the past, my experience at East Ave Dental fortunately has been great! Alexis is friendly and responsive, she made it super easy to set up an appointment. Dr. Chin has excellent bedside manners and is also very informative. He even advised me to not get certain treatments which means a lot because I'm paranoid of getting upsold with things I don't need. I was charged $100 for not being able to make a recurring appointment by 20 mins after having been stuck in the bay area traffic for an hour, and after informing them that I could be late by around 20 mins. In fact when I realized I will make it on time, I called them back again to say I can actually make it in 10 mins! But they said they can't accommodate me, and none of my requests to waive the fees was entertained.
