I am sorry to hear you building is falling apart. The Guell Associates sold it a while back, several years. They look MUCH better now. Not sure about services etc. I hope the new owners treat you better than what the previous owners . The previous owners of your building own my building and a major disaster just happened. That story will get to the newspaper in the "Letter to the Editor" column as this is not the proper forum for a letter like that. This place has fallen apart in the year and a half living here. Endless fire alarms going off because they’re not cleaned of dust in the halls, water leaking out of my walls since November, despite calls and e-mails to the office, and now there’s fungus and presumably mold growing in there. Also, when the heat is broken, don’t expect the office to notify you that it’s down. Just sit and be cold for a few days even after calling to see what’s going on. Place could use major updating, and they charge a $55 amenity fee for inte... read more
