We called to schedule an appointment to come visually inspect our carpet. We were told they would come on a Wednesday and nobody showed. I called towards the end of the business day and was told by Bob that someone would come the next day at 11:30. 12:00 rolled around on Thursday and I called again, asking if they still plan to come by. I was/am happy to give a local company my business and appreciate their speed and quality of installation; however I am little disappointed in the color of the carpet that got installed. Once installed, I noticed it is more dark and brown-hued than the sample I selected in the shop. I went in to discuss this (and compare the sample with what was installed) and was told the dye lots vary - so the carpet can wind up being a different shade than the samples in the store. The folks here are very friendly and helpful. Lowe's price was not much lower, and it was worth it to have faster, more reliable service.
