Charles & Jerry are both great people to work with. After looking at this 2013 GMC Acadia I voiced a couple concerns I had. Without hesitation Charles said he would take care of them. I looked at the car on Monday, Charles took care of my concerns and I drove it home on Friday. Between both Charles and Jerry they were in communication daily to keep me updated. I could not have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be my first stop the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you so much East Auto Group!
