Very unprofessional Office Manager name Michelle. Rude to her staff and most importantly to patients. I don't know who she thinks she is but the Physicians should review their upper management and find a new Office Manager. When speaking to her on the phone and at the office her personality in below average and professionalism in a ZERO!
