East Atlantic came through for me in a huge way. I had a really convoluted kitchen sink drain issue, and Matthew saved the day. The first company I called came out and the plumber literally threw up his hands and said I can’t do this. This drain was complicated. The first thing Matthew did that impressed me was he sat down in front of the drain and studied it. Beware. This company provides high cost estimates and never delivers the estimate. The technicians were purposely slow in delivering their assessment. It drove up the cost of the visit and then they never delivered a recommendation for a leak in the shower pan. We already knew that the leak was in the shower pan, but that is the only thing they told us. This information was told to them I would not go anywhere near this company.

Elijah and Matthew came to our home to help with a plumbing problem we have had for months that 3other plumbers couldn’t fix. These two young men were professional, kind, funny, smart and brainstormed our issue until it was fixed. We were impressed by their way they stayed until they knew it was fixed…we will definitely contact East Atlantic for any plumbing needs going forward.

This was a great experience, easy and quick to schedule an appointment. Friendly and very professional staff. I would recommend East Atlantic Plumbing.
