They SCAM you out of your money and also your insurance pay them, they will not give you back your money.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Washington, for a wisdom tooth and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dr. Washington and his entire staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled, making my visit truly worth every penny. I received awesome care today from East Atlanta Endodontics in Conyers. Everything was explained from start to finish. I was asked several times if I was ok during my procedure. My endodontist Dr. Jelani Washington was very professional and very knowledgeable his assistant was kind and friendly. If you are looking for an endodontics this is definitely the right place. Thank you Everyone.
Dr. Washington is great, but the front office is terrible. It’s been 4 months and I still haven’t received reimbursement for past work. The office is in network and over charges you. I had to call multiple times to force their hand on money they over charged me. Please keep dat away from this office! They’re unprofessional and thrives. DO NOT TRUST this office!!!
