Everyone was very nice for my son’s endo visit but I have to warn others . They have a policy where they charge you almost $400 for first visit consultation with the cone imaging /and we were not made aware of that when they called to confirm visit. To me this seemed intentional as we would have cancelled had we known it would cost $391 for yet another X-ray (his referring dentist had X-rays already available) and consultation. Sana’a Suneus (16yo) needed a root canal. Dr.Washington was a pure professional and took authority over my child and she was out of pain in minutes and thriving! Ms.Majorie at the front desk is phenomenal. It can be nerve-wrecking trying to understand whether your insurance will cover certain procedures. She was clear, upfront about any initial fees for X-rays, etc and made sure I knew how much to bring for the appt. Best experience ever! The facility was peaceful, lovely and clean. Everyone was kind.
Not my first root canal but definitely the best experience at a dental clinic I have ever had
My son was seen by a previous endodontist who recommended a root canal. Dr. Washington gave a second opinion. Dr Washington did a very thorough exam. It turned out my son did not need a root canal. This office saved us over $1700. Thank you Dr Washington for your honesty and patience. Majorie gave awesome customer service.!
