I went to East Atlanta Endodontics on 3/30/2026 for a root canal, and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Washington. From start to finish, everything was smooth. I had zero pain during the procedure—no discomfort at all. That alone surprised me, because I’ve always had anxiety about dental work, especially needles. The Dr. and staff are ok. However, the process to get refunds on service SUCK!!!! Please beware they only process monthly and if you have more than one procedure done they group them together. It's really an inconvenience to have to wait 3 months just to receive a refund. I will NEVER visit them again due to this.
Had a root canal done today and it was amazing. The office was cleaned, the staff was friendly and Dr. Washington eased my concerns, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. He also educated me on the before and after. I highly recommend this facility and team.
My daughter Eva (9yrs) had to have a root canal and I must say it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. No one wants a root canal but unfortunately sometimes things happen. The office staff was upfront regarding the price, payment and insurance. Dr. Washington was very knowledgeable and professional my daughter was very relaxed the entire procedure, she even fell asleep! I even received a refund after my insurance paid for the services.
