I had the best experience here. In all my 31 years I’ve never had such a 10/10 experience. Dr Washington as well as his staff were all EXTREMELY pleasant AND PROFESSIONAL. I’m one who is scared of needles and Dr Washington promised me my steroid injection and numbing medicine wouldn’t hurt, and I felt no pain at all! I love it here, although I don’t want another root canal, my experience would definitely be worth another visit! I’m recommending this facility and Dr Washington to everyone who needs a root canal
This is one of the best dental practices I’ve ever had services performed at. From the initial consultation to the procedure, the staff was top tier! I felt no pain from the numbing injections to the completion of the procedure. While I was a little uncomfortable and began to fidget in the chair, the professionalism and reassurance was comforting. Dont expect them to hurry up and pay you if they owe you money! We've been waiting since mid April and its now late July for a refund from over billing . Keep getting the run around ..........
Most pain-free dental procedure I've ever had! Even after the procedure, when the numbness started to wear off, I was afraid I was going to be in pain. Dr. Washington gave me an Rx for pain meds just in case, but besides some ibuprofen for soreness on day 1, I didn't need any other medication. The fact that office called on Day 2 was a nice touch.
