Called in 9:30 am and gary and his team had our truck rolling at 11:30 . The name speaks for itself!!!! thanks for all the help guys !! will definitely will be calling them again if we have another break down around there ... Repair was on a Carrier Bearing ..
Mr. Gary and his crew stepped up and have my truck running . I was stuck in West Memphis over the weekend and Monday my Truck and Trailer was towed to Rapid Response and by 4:30pm I was able to drive my rig back home to Louisiana. I really appreciate everything you guys did for me to get my truck back on the road! Thank yal and God Bless!!
They doing over changed don’t call for road service
Was in a pinch to have road service completed at the scale house. Called up gave the details of what I needed. They were Johnny on the spot picking up the parts I needed at my vendor and going out and getting service completed in a very timely manner and an extremely fair price. Definitely going to be using them in the future.
