This is the best place to go in Lepanto to see a doctor and also they got a pharmacy and they got a dentist so everybody is so nice and kind and I have the best doctor Joe M ever he cares and very compassionate indeed and I feel very comfortable around him and the ladies in the front or the sweetest ever , I'm thankful that this is the place I go. Joe McGinniess, PA, has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients’ health. He literally saved my girlfriend’s life and continues to keep me healthy. East Arkansas Health Center is lucky to have him.
I went for an extraction. I paid the office visit fee. The lady in the back decided I needed a filling on a tooth that already had 2 fillings. Ok. Fine. Well she sends me out front… Where I’m told it won’t happen today because it was an extraction appointment. And I’d have to pay a different office fee on a different day to get a filling. There is absolutely no reason she couldn’t have done a filling that day. It seemed to come out that they had me come in and the lady that could do the extraction wasn’t in that day.
