I really like Dr. Delise but getting through to the office takes, as today, half an hour, at least, sitting on hold. A simple request to change an appointment is incredibly frustrating when I can't get through to a person.
We've been coming here for a few years and we love it♡ Doctors are amazing and Staff is awesome♡ Very kind and my kids love that they get suckers every time we leave We see Dr. Delise! (We've seen a few and all are great! But he is our primary) If you are looking for a new doctor or pediatric doctor then I'd come here.
Dr. Kurzawa is great with both kids and adults. My daughter has autism and I am glad to have him as her doctor as well. He listens, explains things well, and is genuinely compassionate. Dr. Souza is wonderful as well. I have a daughter which profound autism and coexisting diagnoses, and Dr. Souza really seems to understand how much that can impact our experience coming to the doctors. My doctor is really nice and very attentive to your health.
First off I just need to say the doctors aren’t bad, they are just overworked the main problem here is the front desk workers. I was having an emergency with some medication’s that were life-threatening, they kept trying to pass the buck and send me to the ER instead of letting me speak to my doctor and they were gatekeeping me from him. They talked to me like I was stupid and acted like they knew what they were talking about when they are just front desk workers not doctors.
