Paul was friendly, professional and reassuring. He took payment conveniently and had a brand-new machine delivered the very next day. Not only did they deliver promptly on Christmas Eve, they plumbed it in, made sure everything was working, and took the old machine away - no stress, no hassle. Exceptional service. Genuine helpfulness.

These guys are top notch - forget about the electrical chain stores and shop local! Nothing’s a problem. They got me an integrated fridge in a size which almost nobody makes anymore. A big shout to Mel, who fitted it (and always had a Plan B in the event of a problem. Old school friendly but efficient competence and a can-do attitude. This is where I get my electrical goods from now on.
Absolutely fantastic!! Best customer Service, easy transaction, quickly delivered. Above and beyond installation, even helped adjust the area and connectivity so our Fridge Freezer fitted into the space. Will use East Antrim Essentials from now on for anything we need!!!
