My first appointment. When I walked in- I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, she was kind and very helpful. The wait was short- it took me longer to fill out the paperwork than to get called back into a room. The dr didn’t keep me waiting. She was patient, kind and took my pain and concerns seriously. With autoimmune issues, that’s hard to find. I will be interested to see what visit #2 is like. I expect this is who they are, not just a one time thing. I am well pleased.
Dr Tran is amazing. I have high medical anxiety and her and the whole staff makes me feel comfortable. She listens deeply to the patient, ask real questions without jumping to snap dianosis, educates the client and then offers options. She is very competent and has helped immensely with issues that I had been dealing with for a couple of years before seeing her. The staff is efficient and caring and gets back to me very quickly. I can not reccomend her more highly.
