Everyone very polite and kind. Waited a while but the nurse apologized.
Dr. Baliga was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I found him extremely helpful. Also the Ultrasound tech was AWESOME! The only thing I found unpleasant was having to check in and fill out paperwork electronically. It was time consuming, clumsy and doesnt let you leave the app to search your phone for info. So once you start the check-in, you should have all you contacts written down because the app is not very user friendly, and will make you start over if you navigate away. Great medical care, But the office needs more supervision you call and your call gets drop or you have to wait several minutes before your call gets answered!But we have notice that the office has gotten 100% better 😃
The Dr. and staff,we're wonderful, my experience there was top tier. I am glad I was given a referral to come there.
